typical summer weather

No big surprises or changes in our weather pattern are expected the next seven days. Yesterday's high temperature in Chico was 90 degrees, and expect more of the same today. It may cool down slightly Sunday before heating up Monday; otherwise, temps will remain right around average. As usual during the summer here in Northern California, sunny, dry conditions will prevail. Here is Chico's seven day forecast from the National Weather Service: Today: Sunny, with a high near 88. South wind between 3 and 9 mph. Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 58. Southeast wind between 5 and 8 mph. Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 89. South southeast wind between 3 and 9 mph. Saturday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 59. South southeast wind between 5 and 8 mph. Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 86. South southeast wind between 3 and 5 mph. Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 60. Monday: Sunny, with a high near 94. Monday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 61. Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 93. Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 61. Independence Day: Sunny, with a high near 92. Wednesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 62. Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 91.
