Today was a rather uneventful weather day in Chico, with mostly cloudy skies and high temps in the mid 50s. In other words, a typical January day. Expect partly cloudy skies and mild daytime highs the next seven days, as many of the storms coming in off the Pacific move into the Pacific Northwest. Boring, ho-hum weather, as I like to call it. Thursday: A 20 percent chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 57. North northeast wind around 6 mph becoming calm.
Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 37. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 61.
Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 33.
Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 61.
Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 34.
