There is a Hard Freeze Watch in effect for tomorrow night into early Tuesday for the Sacramento Valley, including Chico. Low temperatures early Tuesday morning may dip into the mid 20s. Cover up any tender vegetation and bring the potted plants in. Turn a drip on faucets and make sure your pets are indoors. By Wednesday, a series of wet and windy storms are poised to march through our area. The wet weather may last into early next week.
