* IMPACTS: THESE GUSTY WINDS COMBINED WITH SATURATED SOILS MAY
BLOW DOWN WEAK OR DISEASED TREES...CAUSING LOCAL POWER OUTAGES.

* FLOOD WATCH FOR A PORTION OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA...INCLUDING THE
FOLLOWING AREAS...THE SACRAMENTO VALLEY...MOTHERLODE...AND THE
NORTHEAST FOOTHILLS.
* FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH LATE SUNDAY NIGHT
* PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WITH PERIODIC THUNDERSTORMS WILL
BE POSSIBLE STARTING EARLY FRIDAY MORNING AND LASTING THROUGH
THE WEEKEND. THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL FALL ON SATURATED
SOILS...CAUSING FLOODING.
* RAPID RISES ALONG AREA STREAMS AND CREEKS ARE POSSIBLE...WHICH
MAY RESULT IN FLOODING. STREET AND LOW LYING AREAS MAY FLOOD. DEBRIS
AND MUDSLIDES ARE ALSO POSSIBLE.
