WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO 5 PM PDT THURSDAY.
* WINDS: SOUTHEAST TO SOUTH WINDS OF 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 70
MPH.
* TIMING: THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED IN THE MORNING AND WILL
DECREASE IN THE LATE AFTERNOON.
* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: SACRAMENTO...STOCKTON...MODESTO...CHICO...
PARADISE...GRASS VALLEY...LAKEPORT
* IMPACTS: POSSIBLE DOWNED TREES AND POWER OUTAGES. DIFFICULT
DRIVING CONDITIONS ESPECIALLY FOR SMALL CARS AND HIGH PROFILE
VEHICLES. LOOSE OBJECTS SHOULD BE TIED DOWN OR BROUGHT INSIDE.
