forecasters wrong again
I tell you, it's almost comical how wrong the NWS forecasters are sometimes. Today's forecast for Chico called for some patchy fog in the morning, followed by sunny skies in the afternoon. The expected high temperature today was supposed to be around 60 degrees. Well, the fog lifted somewhat around mid-morning, but the overcast skies stuck around all afternoon, with a high of only 50 degrees. On the plus side, it certainly looked (and somewhat felt) like Christmas. Well, without the snow, anyway. I just wonder if the rain the NWS is calling for tomorrow and tomorrow night will actually happen. I'll just have to wait and see, I guess. After Monday, the weather looks nice, with sunny skies and highs in the mid 50s (right where Chico is supposed to be this time of year). Lows will be mainly in the low 40s. Enjoy the last few days before Christmas!
