After today's balmy high of 70 degrees in Chico, the rest of this week will be chilly by comparison. It will also be wet as two weather systems ride the jet stream right into Northern California. The first storm arrives tomorrow and lingers into Wednesday, while the second, stronger system moves through Thursday and tapers by Friday. Highs the next few days will be chilly for this time of year- mainly mid 50s to around 60 degrees. By Saturday, the sun returns and temperatures will respond to the sunny weather. Sunshine will dominate the weather into early next week. For the mountains, expect snow accumulations generally above 4500-5000 feet tomorrow through Friday.
