back to cool and showery

Winter will not relinquish its grip on us. Although, it WAS spring during most of our winter! The past several days have been sunny but cool, with high temperatures hovering in the lower 60s. Expect slightly warmer temps today and tomorrow, along with continued sunny skies. The clouds will roll back in Sunday night, with slight chances of rain for the valley during the first part of next week. Rain chances increase by midweek. High temperatures will fall back into the upper 50s to around 60 degrees Tuesday through next Friday. Chico should see highs in the low to mid 70s by this time of year. Not this year.
