ADVISORY FOR THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN SACRAMENTO AND NORTHERN SAN
JOAQUIN VALLEYS AND THE DELTA...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM TO 7
PM PST TUESDAY .

* WINDS: NORTH WINDS OF 15 TO 30 MPH WITH LOCAL GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.

* TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE TUESDAY MORNING AND THEN WEAKEN
TUESDAY EVENING.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: CHICO...YUBA CITY...SACRAMENTO...FAIRFIELD...STOCKTON.

* IMPACTS: STRONG GUSTY WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT FOR HIGH
PROFILE VEHICLES. SECURE LOOSE OBJECTS.
