Today was very nice weather-wise in Chico, with partly sunny skies (although a bit hazy) and a high temperature of around 73 degrees. Winds have begun to increase out of the south as another storm makes its way into our neck of the woods. This is a quick-moving storm, however, and should be out of here by late tomorrow night. Chico will see showers overnight tonight and into tomorrow, with high temps only in the lower 60s (we should be in the mid-80s by the end of May). A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for the Sierra Nevada mountains beginning at 11 am tomorrow and lasting until 6 am Thursday morning. Snow levels will drop to around 5000 feet. Sunshine returns on Thursday, and lasts all the way into the middle of next week. High temperatures in Chico will stay in the mid 70s during that period, while overnight lows will dip into the 40s.
