Chico has experienced some well below average temperatures since that big storm moved through two days ago. This morning's low was a very chilly 40 degrees, while this afternoon's high was only 66 degrees- eight degrees below the normal high for this date. It looks like this trend will continue. We may have a wet Halloween, but only a slight chance of showers is in the forecast at this time. There will be mainly off and on showers for the rest of this week, along with some sun breaks.
