* WINDS: SOUTHERLY WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.
* TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE TODAY BECOMING STRONGEST TONIGHT
THROUGH MIDDAY SATURDAY.

MODESTO.
