Expect mainly cloudy skies and slight chances of rain today through Friday, as a series of storm systems impact the Pacific Northwest and extreme Northern California (mainly Red Bluff north). We here in Chico will get the tail end of these storm systems, and should see between .20 and .40 of an inch through Friday. A colder, wetter storm will aim for us late Saturday, giving Chico a better chance for more rain. Snow levels in the mountains will probably fall, but it's too early to tell how far. I will update as I get more information. By early next week, the sun will return. Highs through the next seven days will be in the lower to mid 60s, which is normal for mid-February.
