STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE VALLEY FROM SOUTH OF RED BLUFF TO AROUND VACAVILLE. * TIMING: THROUGH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. * LOCATIONS INCLUDE: REDDING...SACRAMENTO...VACAVILLE...FAIRFIELD AND INCLUDING INTERSTATE 5 FROM SACRAMENTO TO REDDING...
