new link added

I've added a link to Weather Underground displaying current temperature and weather conditions in Chico. I will continue to use the National Weather Service for the official forecasts, but you can also click on the Weather Underground display to compare their forecast to the NWS forecasts. I should have added this to my blog a long time ago!
