wet and chilly weather

It was quite chilly today in Chico, with a high temperature of 50 degrees. It will be quite chilly tonight, as the expected low dips into the upper 20s! Patchy frost is possible tomorrow morning, so cover any tender vegetation. Rain is likely for much of this weekend and into early next week as a series of storms move through our region. The next dry day looks to be next Wednesday; the dry weather should stick around into next weekend. However, the cold air pouring in from the Gulf of Alaska will stick around through much of the forecast period. Hey, it'll get you into the Christmas spirit, right?
