staying hot

The high temperature yesterday in Chico was 94 degrees; so far today's high has been 95 degrees at the airport. Not the 100 degrees expected for today, but still hot. Tomorrow will continue to be hot, but a cooldown is expected by Wednesday. Highs by the end of the week will be in the mid 80s. That is much more tolerable. Low temps will also cool from the lower 60s tomorrow morning into the mid 50s by week's end. Also, tomorrow is the first day of October, which also kicks off Artoberfest, a month-long celebration of art of all forms in Chico.
