nice cooldown coming?

The National Weather Service is predicting highs around 80 degrees by next Monday. Nice! I hope that happens; we've had a long hot August and the first part of September. Yesterday's high temperature in Chico was 92 degrees- that makes 15 consecutive days of 90 degrees or hotter in Chico. That's almost unheard of in September! The rest of the week should see highs in the upper 80s, which is right where we should be for this time of year. Fall needs to hurry up and get here!
