Mother Nature can't seem to make up her mind which month it is. As I'm typing this, temperatures in the Chico area are in the mid 60s, and I have the windows open! On January 1st! Oh, speaking of January 1st, Happy New Year! Chico will start off 2012 on a dry and mild note, as there is no rain in the forecast to speak of and temps will average 5-10 degrees above average the next few days.
