LOCAL DOWNPOURS AND POSSIBLE MINOR FLOODING...MAINLY HIGHER ELEVATIONS. *TIMING: ISOLATED STORMS OVER THE MOUNTAINS BEGINNING SUNDAY AFTERNOON. AREAL COVERAGE OF STORMS INCREASING THROUGH MIDWEEK. ISOLATED STORMS ALSO POSSIBLE IN THE VALLEY. *TEMPERATURES: TRIPLE DIGITS IN THE VALLEY SUNDAY AND MONDAY... COOLING BY MID WEEK. *LOW PRESSURE OFF THE COAST IS FORECAST TO BRING A THREAT OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS INTERIOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AS EARLY AS SUNDAY AND THROUGH THE WEEK.
