A DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM FOR THE INTERIOR
VALLEY OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA. VISIBILITIES OF ONE-QUARTER MILE OR
LESS WILL BE OCCURRING THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING FROM SOUTH OF
RED BLUFF TO SACRAMENTO TO STOCKTON AND MODESTO. THIS ALSO
INCLUDES THE CARQUINEZ STRAIT AND DELTA.
TRAVEL ALONG THE MAJOR INTERSTATES AND HIGHWAYS WILL BE AFFECTED
BY THE LOW VISIBILITIES...INCLUDING INTERSTATES 5 AND 80...AND
HIGHWAYS 99...70 AND 65.
VISIBILITIES WILL SLOWLY IMPROVE LATER THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON AS
THE FOG LIFTS TO A LOW GRAY OVERCAST.
