more wind today, but warmer by the weekend

Yesterday was very breezy in Chico (as expected), with winds gusting to over 30 mph. Today will be breezy, as well, but should be below Wind Advisory criteria. High temperatures will warm from around 70 degrees today into the mid 80s by early next week. Winds should ease by tomorrow, making for a pleasant end to the week. Sunshine will dominate, with no rain in the forecast. Dare I say that the rainy season is over? Here is Chico's seven day forecast from the National Weather Service: Today Sunny, with a high near 70.
