Next, the winds: winds could gust over 40 mph late tomorrow morning with this first storm, mainly from the central Sacramento Valley southward. However, winds will increase again Thursday afternoon into Friday as a second, more powerful storm moves in. Power outages are likely, but will probably be localized and not widespread.
