summer heat

After fairly typical summer weather this past weekend (highs in the lower to middle 90s under wall-to-wall sunshine), expect high temperatures to increase this work week. We may flirt with 100 degrees Wednesday through Friday. High temps will cool slightly by next Sunday into the mid 90s, but it will still be pretty hot. We'e not as toasty as some cities in the Great Plains; Wichita, Kansas reached 108 degrees yesterday!
